A judicial complaint filed by national deputy Marcela Pagano has placed Bettina Julieta Angeletti, wife of Chief of Staff Manuel Adorni, at the center of a controversy over contracts and business ties of her consultancy +BE, which allegedly involved companies with business or commercial relations with the State.
The complaint, which was filed with Federal Court No. 11, presided over by Ariel Lijo, suggests the possible existence of a conflict of interest and the formation of a supposed circuit of commercial relationships between private companies and state agencies under the official's orbit.
The core of the complaint
The judicial document alleges the possible existence of a "triangular circuit of economic flows" between the state-owned oil company, the shipping company National Shipping SA, and Angeletti's consultancy +BE.
According to the complaint, the state-owned oil company has had contracts with National Shipping for decades, a company controlled by the Virasoro family, dedicated to the maritime and fluvial transport of hydrocarbons. According to the data cited in the filing, Angeletti's consultancy provided training to managers and executives of the shipping company on three occasions: November 6 and 23, 2024, and October 3, 2025, for a total amount of 6,370,000 pesos.
Pagano argues that this commercial relationship could constitute an indirect circuit for the return of funds to Adorni's family circle, as the official currently sits on the board of YPF as a representative of the State.
From the shipping company, they stated that the contracts with YPF have existed for 28 years and emphasized that Adorni was appointed as a director of the oil company in January 2026, that is, after the training sessions.
Technópolis and the Foggia Group
The complaint also incorporates another chapter linked to the concession of the Technópolis site, a tender estimated at 183 billion pesos for a 25-year exploitation, which is in the hands of the Administrative Agency of State Assets (AABE), an agency dependent on the Chief of Staff's Office.
Among the companies pre-selected for the concession is DirecTV Argentina, associated with the Foggia Group of businessman Marcelo Dionisio. According to the judicial filing, this group would be a client of the +BE consultancy, which, for the complainant, could generate another possible conflict of interest.
The file also mentions the relationship of Mara Natalia Gorini, an advisor in the General Secretariat of the Presidency—under the orbit of Karina Milei— and Dionisio's partner.
